My writing journey is taking me away from this blog.
It’s just not the sort of writing I want to do or even attempt to keep up with.
So I’ve cancelled my premium WordPress account. I’ll most likely renew my domain ownership when that comes up this spring, since it makes sense to keep my name-as-domain for at least a while. Maybe eventually this will become a different kind of site completely. Who knows.
But for what it’s worth, and for anyone who actually follows this (is there anyone? it doesn’t seem like it, but I can’t not make some sort of official statement regardless), this blog is going back on an indefinite hiatus. The site will stay up, at least for the next year because it does have samples of my work and I may need them at some point.
In the meantime, I’ll likely post poems as well as thoughts that require longer-format posts over on my medium account, http://www.medium.com/@katonthenet.
